Pneumatic Folding Machine

The pneumatic folding machine uses compressed air to drive the folding process, providing faster operation and reduced physical effort compared to other machines. Folding machine blades

The edge folding machine uses high-quality forged carbon tool steel, which undergoes quenching heat treatment to ensure long bending life and minimal deformation. Angle arm

The angle arm of the folding machine features an adjustable bending angle. Before bending, simply rotate the angle arm to the desired angle, lock the left positioning screw, and then release the arm. This ensures that all workpieces in a batch are bent to the same precise angle, improving consistency and efficiency. In addition, hydraulic and electric folding machines allow angle adjustment through programming, enabling more precise and automated control for enhanced productivity.

Lever bending arm

Pressing wheel

During the bending process of the manual folding machine, the metal sheet is securely clamped by turning the pressing wheel on the right side. This prevents bending errors caused by sheet movement or displacement, ensuring accurate and consistent results.
