Shearing ExcellenceOur machine's round and square bar shear is equipped with multiple holes to accommodate various sizes, paired with an adjustable hold-down device for precision cutting of round/square bars and channels/beams. Enhanced safety is ensured with robust guarding. The angle shear's capability to cut at 45° on both top and bottom legs enables the creation of perfect picture frame corners for impeccable welds. Featuring a diamond-shaped blade, it ensures quality cuts with minimal material waste and deformation. The hold-down device is easily adjustable for precise plate cutting, and the large 15" squaring arm with an inlaid scale enhances accuracy. Our special anti-distorted blade guarantees superior cutting quality, and the lower blade offers four usable edges, complete with a screw adjustment system for gap control, eliminating the need for shims.

Innovative NotchingOur unique notching design effortlessly handles angle and flat bar cutting, featuring an electrical interlock safety guard and three gauging stops for precise positioning. The notching section is ideal for shaping metal plate, angle iron, and more, equipped with an oversized table and material stops. For added versatility, the machine can be fitted with an optional vee notcher, expanding its functional capabilities.
