Optional Winding Cone Device

The coning device is mainly composed of a guide wheel, pin shaft, composite bearing, and gland. Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is meticulously designed by a professional manufacturer, featuring high efficiency, stable pressure control, and reliable performance. It consists of three independent circuits: a pressure adjustment circuit, an in-phase synchronization circuit, and a speed adjustment circuit, ensuring precise motion control and consistent forming accuracy during operation.

Roller

The upper roller is made of 42CrMo alloy steel, with a rough machining hardness of HB241–286. According to the roll steel standard JB/ZG4289-86, the roller has high structural rigidity, reaching (1/700–1/1000)L, where L refers to the center distance between the two machine frames. This ensures excellent strength, wear resistance, and long-term precision during rolling operations.

A: For standard machines, delivery typically takes about 30 days. For non-standard customized machines, the delivery time may be longer but will not exceed 50 days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We generally accept T/T and L/C payments, with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. For long-term or special customers, we can offer more flexible payment options upon discussion.

Q: What is the warranty period for your machines?
A: Standard machines come with a one-year warranty. For special or non-standard machines, a 2–3 year warranty may be available upon confirmation with our sales team. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts.

Q: Do you accept OEM customization?
