For high-intensity operation requirements, the machine frame adopts an arch structure design with increased thickness, width, and reinforcement.

The material used is Q345 steel. The frame undergoes tempering heat treatment, annealing, and quenching and tempering processes, along with two aging treatments to ensure long-term operating accuracy, stability, and high rigidity of the machine.

Rough machining aims to quickly remove excess material from the workpiece by using a large feed rate and deep cutting depth, enabling efficient and rapid material removal.

Three large horizontal gantry milling machines are used for simultaneous processing to achieve a high-quality mounting base surface and ensure the accuracy of the machine frame.

The frame is welded using carbon dioxide shielded welding, which offers a stable welding process, no internal defects, and minimal spatter. It has become one of the most important welding methods for ferrous metal materials.

To eliminate residual stress caused by welding, a large-scale fuel-heated annealing furnace is used to perform annealing at 600°C for multiple frames simultaneously. The furnace temperature is stable and uniform, ensuring thorough removal of welding stress and reliable quality. Unlike small conventional electric furnaces that anneal single units with uneven temperature, this process ensures complete stress relief.

Through vibration, the vector sum of the residual internal stress and the additional vibration-induced stress within the workpiece exceeds the material's yield strength, causing slight plastic deformation in the materialVibration Aging
