Main functions:

Punching: Discover the versatility with our full range of universal punches and dies, crafted for precision and adaptability. Its distinctive design facilitates large angle iron and channel punching. With an expansive viewing window and a stripper swing-away design, operation is simplified. The large, two-piece gauging table, complete with rulers and standard stop fittings, enhances accuracy. Benefit from a quick-change coupling nut and sleeve system, ensuring rapid tool replacement and minimizing downtime.

Shearing: Experience efficiency with a round and square bar shear equipped with multiple holes for diverse sizing needs. An adjustable hold-down device ensures precision in cutting round/square bars and channel/beam profiles. Safety is a priority with robust guarding. The angle shear's capability to cut angles at a 45° on both the top and bottom legs allows for impeccable picture frame corners, ideal for superior welds. Our diamond-shaped blade guarantees high-quality cuts, minimizing material waste and deformation. Easily adjust the hold-down device for precise plate cutting, aided by a large 15″ squaring arm with an integrated scale. A special anti-distorted blade ensures optimal cutting quality, with a lower blade offering four usable edges. Gap adjustments are conveniently managed without the need for shims.

Notching: Designed with innovation, our notching capability supports angle and flat bar cutting. An electrical interlock safety guard and three gauging stops guarantee precise positioning. The notching section is expertly crafted for metal plate, angle iron, and more, featuring an oversized table with material stops. For enhanced versatility, this station can be optionally equipped with a vee notcher.
Bending: Engineered to bend plates up to 500mm and beyond, this machine's components represent the pinnacle of quality and safety. Each element is meticulously crafted to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
