These ducts are formed by spirally winding metal strip into a thin-walled, round tube—without welding and without air leakage. This fully automatic system eliminates manual tapping and ensures consistent, industrial-grade straight duct production.

CNC control system

This is the Human–Machine Interface (HMI), consisting of a touchscreen, control buttons, and function knobs. It manages auto/manual mode switching, start/stop control, speed adjustment, and emergency stop functions, serving as the central operation hub of the machine.

Feeding

This is the straightening and leveling roller section (also known as guide rollers or forming wheel box). Its primary function is to straighten, flatten, and guide the metal strip into the forming zone. It ensures accurate feeding without deviation and serves as a critical preforming process.

 Length Control Unit

 

This is the length positioning and measurement unit, designed to accurately set and monitor the forming length of the spiral duct. It is essential for maintaining precise product dimensions.

Electrical Control Cabinet

 

This is the central electrical control system equipped with Delta inverters, PLC, and key electrical components. It manages motor speed regulation, automated logic control, and operational protection of the entire machine.

Material Feeding Rack

This is the decoiler and material feeding rack used to hold and feed metal coils. It serves as the raw material entry point of the production line.

A: For standard machines, delivery typically takes about 30 days. For non-standard customized machines, the delivery time may be longer but will not exceed 50 days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We generally accept T/T and L/C payments, with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. For long-term or special customers, we can offer more flexible payment options upon discussion.

Q: What is the warranty period for your machines?
A: Standard machines come with a one-year warranty. For special or non-standard machines, a 2–3 year warranty may be available upon confirmation with our sales team. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts.

Q: Do you accept OEM customization?
