The Eco Series all-electric servo bending machine is a new type of CNC bending machine adopting a servo drive system. It mainly consists of the machine body, servo motor, transmission mechanism, worktable, control system, and other components.
Working Principle:
Bending parameters are input via the CNC system. The servo motor precisely controls the rotational speed, direction, and torque according to instructions, driving the transmission mechanism to drive the slide block for vertical reciprocating motion. This enables the upper die to move vertically back and forth relative to the lower die, completing the sheet metal bending operation.
Features:
High Precision: Adopts servo motor-driven ball screw drive, delivering exceptional precision. For example, the full-load all-electric servo bending machine can control the bending angle error within ±0.5°, far exceeding that of traditional hydraulic bending machines.
High Efficiency: The servo motor features fast response speed, with high slide block return speed and rapid descent speed. Its high working efficiency significantly improves processing productivity.
Energy Saving: The input power of the motor is proportional to the load power. Little electricity is consumed when the slide block is idle or stopped, saving a substantial amount of electrical energy compared to hydraulic bending machines of the same tonnage.
Environmental Friendliness: No hydraulic oil is used, eliminating issues such as hydraulic oil replacement, disposal, and related pollution, thus reducing environmental costs.
Low Maintenance Cost: The transmission system is simple with fewer components, resulting in low failure rates. There is no need for regular replacement of hydraulic oil or hydraulic components.
