Product Description

 -The body has a streamlined design in the European Union, a heat treatment process processing frame, a high-rigidity worktable, and optional mechanical compensation devices to achieve precise bending.
 -The hydraulic proportional valve synchronous control and CNC control system programmable logic controller ensure precise repeatability and ease of use.

- The integrated hydraulic system (Bosch Rexroth, Germany) can switch between fast automatic and slow bending. - The X axis and Y axis are programmed by the controller and controlled by the servo motor to achieve precise positioning. 
-Advanced frequency conversion hydraulic control technology makes the operation more stable and reliable. 
- WE67K series CNC press brake machine comes standard with single-axis back gauge system (X axis) and single-axis bending angle system (Y1+Y2 axis), the back gear (R axis) can control up and down movement, and the finger can move left and right (Z1, Z2 axis) can choose to add the V axis compensation function, and select the appropriate mold, easily bend the workpeice with complex shape.

Back gear control

The back gear supports X-axis + R-axis control, and optional table compensation (V-axis). 
Adopting high-precision ball screw and linear guide to reduce positioning error. The rear gear adopts a servo motor to ensure
accurate positioning.

Laser safety protection

-DSP Laser safety device protects the press brake operator from the danger of crushing between the moving and fixed part of the
machine.
- DSP Laser safety device is mounted on the moving part of the machine, and the protection zone moves with the part. When an
obstacle is detected, such as an operators fingers, detection is immediate and the machine can be stopped.
