Height controller

Starting Positioning Function:
After the cutting nozzle of the torch contacts the workpiece, the CNC plasma cutting machine precisely adjusts the arc height and torch height within millimeter-level accuracy.

Automatic Arc-Pressure Function:
With the arc-pressure sensor, the system maintains a constant torch height throughout the cutting process. Even when the workpiece surface is uneven or not at the standard height, stable cutting can still be achieved. This consistent torch height ensures high cutting quality.

A: For standard machines, delivery typically takes about 30 days. For non-standard customized machines, the delivery time may be longer but will not exceed 50 days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We generally accept T/T and L/C payments, with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. For long-term or special customers, we can offer more flexible payment options upon discussion.

Q: What is the warranty period for your machines?
A: Standard machines come with a one-year warranty. For special or non-standard machines, a 2–3 year warranty may be available upon confirmation with our sales team. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts.
