Swing Shearing Machine

1. Totally EU streamlined design, Monoblock by welding robots & aparatus and stress relief process by Annealing treatment.

2. Adopt integrated hydraulic system, more reliable and easy for maintenance.and the hydraulic system from Bosch-Rexroth, Germany.

3. The Hydraulic Guillotine is a Swing Beam Action machine which is produced in a variety of cutting lengths and capacity options.

4. The distance of the backgauge is adjusted by the motor and is well adjustment is displayed by E21s with Delta inverter.

5. Equipped with lighting-alignment, so as to align when shearing. The stroke of knife beam can be adjusted in stepless mode. 

6. Safe fence and the electric inter locker have been designed for the machine to ensure the operation safety to CE regulation.

Machine Frame

The main body of the machine, usually welded from thick steel plates. It provides support and rigidity for all other components, ensuring cutting accuracy.

Machine Bed / Table

The flat surface where the sheet metal to be sheared is placed. It often has T-slots or bolt holes for attaching clamps or back gauges.

Hydraulic System 

Main Motor

Provides power to the machine. It mainly consists of a hydraulic pump, cylinders, hydraulic oil, valves, and an oil tank. It is responsible for driving the motion of the upper beam.

Typically a high-power three-phase induction motor. It drives the hydraulic pump, converting electrical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic system, providing the cutting power for the entire machine.

Back Gauge

E21S NC System

An adjustable positioning device used to accurately determine the cutting position of the sheet, ensuring dimensional consistency for batch parts. It is often driven by a servo motor.

This is a Computer Numerical Control system. It controls the back gauge position, number of cuts, cutting angle, and other parameters for automated operation.

Hold-downs / Clamps

Blade Gap Adjustment System

Clamp the sheet metal onto the bed before cutting to prevent it from moving or lifting during the shearing process, ensuring safety and cut quality.

Used to adjust the clearance between the upper and lower blades. The gap must be set according to the material type and thickness being sheared for optimal cut quality and blade life.

Foot Pedal / Push Button Control

Laser protection device(opention)

The control device used by the operator to initiate the shearing cycle.

Critical safety components designed to prevent the operator's hands or other body parts from entering the danger zone.
