1.A shearing machine blade, also known as a shear blade or knife, is the core consumable component of a shearing machine. It is a long, hardened metal strip precision-engineered to cleanly and efficiently slice through sheet metal, plates, and other materials.

2.The blade operates on the principle of applying immense localized shear force. The upper blade (moving blade) and lower blade (fixed blade) are mounted in the machine with a precise clearance gap between them. As the upper blade descends, it forces the material against the lower blade's edge, causing the material to fracture and separate along a straight line. The quality of the cut—its squareness, burr level, and edge smoothness—is directly determined by the blade's sharpness, material, and the accuracy of the machine's setup.
