Backgauge 6 axis 

Messerpress CNC press brake are provided are equipped with a backgauge constituted by a solid structure in order to assure the best repetitiveness and high precision in axes positioning. The 6-axis backgauge provides you with complete freedom in use. -X (X1, X2) Back gauge moving axis (back and front) -R(R1, R2) Back gauge moving axis (up and down) -Z1, Z2 Two stop fingers moving axis (left and right)

Automatic CNC Motorized Crowning System

The CNC-controlled motorized crowning system automatically adjusts the crowning value according to the bending program, effectively compensating for machine deflection under different loads. This ensures uniform bending angles from one end of the workpiece to the other while improving overall bending precision.

Quick Clamping System

The quick clamping system allows fast and secure installation of the upper punch, significantly reducing tooling changeover time. Its reliable locking mechanism effectively prevents the punch from loosening or falling during operation, ensuring maximum safety and stable bending performance.

The clamp is manufactured with high precision and features a black oxide surface treatment for superior wear resistance, corrosion protection, and long service life.

Laser Protector

The DSP laser safety protection device provides comprehensive protection for the operator of the bending machine, effectively preventing hazards caused by the rapid movement of the machine's slide block.

A three-dimensional protective zone is formed around the bending tip, covering the front, center, and rear areas. This safety zone is fixed below the tool tip and moves synchronously with the mold, ensuring that any object entering beneath the mold at high speed must first pass through the DSP protection area before reaching the tool tip.

If any obstruction—such as a worker's finger-enters the protection area, the DSP system instantly sends a signal to stop the downward movement of the slide block, ensuring operator safety.
